Cobham Grooming Room aims to provide high-quality grooming services and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Our refund policy is outlined below:

1. Service Satisfaction

  • If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know immediately during your visit or contact us within 24 hours.

  • We do not offer full refunds, but we may offer:

    • A correction free of charge

    • A partial refund

    • A complimentary future service, depending on the situation

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the service is completed

  • Dissatisfaction not reported within 24 hours

  • Missed appointments or late arrivals

  • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed before treatment

3. Products

At the moment, we do not sell physical products. If this changes, our product refund policy will be added here.

4. How to Request a Refund or Remedy

Please include your name, service received, date of visit, and a brief explanation of the issue.
