1. Services

We provide men’s grooming services including haircuts, beard grooming, facials, and additional treatments as listed on our website and in-store. All services are subject to availability and provided by trained, experienced professionals.

2. Bookings

Appointments: You may book appointments online or walk in during business hours.

Punctuality: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals (over 5 minutes) may result in rescheduling.

Cancellations: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 1 hour before the scheduled time.

No-shows: Repeated no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings.

3. Payments

Payments are due after the service is completed.

4. Hygiene & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, is abusive, or disrupts the salon environment. Mobile phone use should be respectful of others in the salon.

We do not offer refunds unless there is a valid reason based on poor service or error. If you are unsatisfied, please speak to a team member or contact us via our website within 24 hours of your appointment. All feedback is taken seriously.
