Services & Pricing We offer a range of grooming services, including haircuts, fades, beard trims, waxing, threading, and facial treatments. Prices range depending on the service or package chosen. All services include treatments such as washes, hot towels, massages, and steam where applicable. Operating Hours Mon–Sat: 09:00 – 18:30 (Last customer 18:00) Sun: 10:00 – 16:00 (Last customer 15:30) Bookings We accept both walk-ins and online bookings. All men are welcome, no age restrictions. Hygiene & Safety We follow UK barber hygiene standards: sterilized tools, single-use disposables, clean workstations, fresh towels, and hand sanitizers available. COVID-19 protocols will be enforced as required by government guidelines. Payment Payments are made in person after the service via card or cash. No deposits are currently required. Staff Our barbers have over 10 years of professional experience. Staff conduct and dress code are managed to ensure a professional environment. Customer Policies Please arrive 5–10 minutes early; lateness over 5 minutes may require rescheduling. Appointments last about 30 minutes. Cancel or reschedule at least 1 hour before your appointment. Complaints are taken seriously and can be made in person or online. Liability No consent forms required. In case of incidents, staff will provide immediate care. Additional Info Loyalty programs are available and managed by management. Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis. Please respect the salon environment and staff. Disruptive behaviour may result in refusal of service.
